The aim of this MoU is to empower the employees at various service centers and to improve Hyundai&#8217;s own service network. The training program is of 50-days and will be conducted at six-Hyundai dealerships across the country. The minimum educational qualification required for this training program is the 8th grade pass and an age of 18 years or above.<\/p>\n<p>While the signing MoU with ASDC, Mr. SJ Ha, Director- Sales &amp; Marketing, <a href=\"https:\/\/wheelyard.com\/cars\/hyundai-cars\/\">Hyundai<\/a> Motor India Ltd. said, &#8220;We are proud to sign this MoU with Automotive Skills Development Council \u2013 A first in Industry initiative by an automobile manufacturer in India for aftersales operations. As a responsible and caring brand, Hyundai is aligned and committed to the Government\u2019s Skill India initiative. We work with ITI\u2019s and Polytechnic institutes in every state where we absorb close to 99 percent students in different entities in the Hyundai India ecosystem. This MoU will further boost our commitment towards skilling and employing the youth of India.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The company will offer the opportunity to work with <a href=\"https:\/\/wheelyard.com\/cars\/hyundai-cars\/\">Hyundai<\/a> Workshops from across the country in after sales jobs such as Service Support Technician and Washer once the training program will complete. The trainees will get this opportunity at highly subsidized rates. The company claims that this training will empower the trainees After Sales operational roles at Hyundai dealerships across India as full-time employees.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking at the occasion, Mr. Nikunj Sanghi, President, Automotive Skills Development Council (ASDC) said, &#8220;We are happy to partner with Hyundai Motor India in this Skill Development initiative. This association is a benchmark in the industry and aims at strengthening the Government of India\u2019s vision of Skill India in employment generation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The company will offer to choose from different automotive training courses designed by ASDC like Automotive Service Technician and Washer Training.
