<\/p>\nToday Volkswagen has launched its much awaited SUV, Volkswagen Tiguan at price starting at 27.98 lakh. The Volkswagen Tiguan will be available in two trims one is comfortline and second one is highline. Comfortline variant will be available at 27.98 lakh and highline variant will be available at 31.38 lakh. Volkswagen Tiguan is the only SUB from Volkswagen which will be available in Indian market. Volkswagen launched its second generation model of Tiguan which is based on company’s modular transverse matrix ‘MQB’ platform.<\/p>\n

Launching the Tiguan, Mr. Thierry Lespiaucq, Managing Director, Volkswagen Group Sales India Pvt. With the Tiguan, we are proud to introduce our 4MOTION intelligent all-wheel drive system based on the modern MQB platform, a first for Volkswagen in India.”<\/p>\n The all-new Volkswagen Tiguan comes with the diesel variant a 2-litre TDI engine that is capable of producing 141 bhp of power and developing a peak torque of 340 Nm. The turbocharged, four-cylinder oil burner comes mated to the 7-speed DSG automatic transmission.<\/p>\n Volkswagen Tiguan is the first SUB which is coming to India based on popular MQB platform. Its look is descent and styling is based on Golf and the Passat, two of the most popular VW cars in Europe.<\/p>\n The Volkswagen Tiguan measures Length 4486 mm, Width 1839 mm and Hight 1672 mm.
