Among these, the sub-4 metre MPV has now been officially named the <strong>Nissan Gravite<\/strong>. The company has shared the exterior design of this new MPV, which is expected to hit showrooms by March 2026 after a January launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The front of the Gravite looks bold and modern. It features a large grille with honeycomb detailing and the Nissan logo at the centre. A notable highlight is the &#8216;GRAVITE&#8217; badge on the bonnet, similar to the Tekton. Slim LED DRLs are connected by a light bar, adding a contemporary touch. The flat bonnet with creases gives it a slightly muscular, SUV-like look. It shows pull-type door handles, tall roof rails, and dual-tone alloy wheels, giving it a stylish stance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the rear, the taillights are separated but connected by a thin chrome strip that joins them to the Nissan logo. The &#8216;GRAVITE&#8217; lettering sits neatly on the lower part of the tailgate. The bumper is simple, with a matching C-shaped element like the front.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nissan has not shared full details of the interior yet, but it is expected to have its own design, different from the Renault Triber. Expected features include an 8-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 7-inch digital driver display, push-button start-stop, manual AC with rear vents, remote keyless entry, wireless phone charger, and a 6-speaker sound system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/wheelyard.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Nissan-Gravite-side-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"Nissan Gravite\" class=\"wp-image-2510\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wheelyard.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Nissan-Gravite-side-1024x576.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/wheelyard.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Nissan-Gravite-side-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/wheelyard.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Nissan-Gravite-side-768x432.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/wheelyard.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Nissan-Gravite-side-1536x864.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/wheelyard.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Nissan-Gravite-side-2048x1152.jpeg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Safety features are likely to include six airbags, electronic stability control, hill start assist, tyre pressure monitoring system, front and rear parking sensors, and a rear parking camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Gravite is expected to share the same engine as the Renault Triber: a 1-litre, 3-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 72 PS of power and 96 Nm of torque. Transmission options will include a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT. There may also be a 1-litre turbo-petrol option in the future.
