Tata Motors expand portfolio of popular compact sedan Tata Tigor<\/a> by adding two new AMT variants. The AMT version of the Tigor will be available in two variants – XZA and XTA – with 1.2 litre petrol engine. Starting price of new AMT variant of Tata Tigor is Rs. 5.75 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). AMT variants will be available in XZA and XTA variants, with the Revotron 1.2L petrol engine. The XTA variant is priced at INR. 5.75 Lakhs, ex-showroom Delhi and the top-end XZA variant is priced at INR 6.22 Lakhs, ex-showroom Delhi. Both new Tata Tigor AMT variants will be on sale over 600 Tata Motors sales outlets, from today.<\/p>\n

According to Mr. Vivek Srivatsa \u2013 Head \u2013 Marketing, PVBU, Tata<\/a> Motors \u2013 “Given the current traffic scenario and growing driver fatigue levels, an AMT is the perfect solution to bringing back the joy of driving in a city, without compromising on fuel efficiency. As per our turnaround strategy, we are working with a renewed focus and energy to improve our market share and bring products that align with customers\u2019 aspirational and practical requirements. Keeping with the trend of this growing segment, we introduced the AMT variants of the hatchback TIAGO, which has so far received a tremendous response. Now, with the Tata Tigor AMT, we continue to reach out to our customers with stylish and feature loaded products that offer best-in-class technology and design engineering.”<\/p>\n

There will be four gear positions in TIGOR AMT – Automatic, Neutral, Reverse and Manual. The XTA variant comes with full wheel covers for the 14-inch steel wheels, steering mounted audio controls, two airbags, four speakers with the infotainment system that comes with navigation and Bluetooth connectivity for smartphones, rear parking sensors and ABS with EBD. The top-spec XZA comes with a 5.0-inch touchscreen infotainment with four speakers and two tweeters, a reversing camera, automatic climate control and 15-inch alloy wheels.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
