It looks like the Freestyle is updated version of the Figo and Aspire facelift models in terms of styling. The Ford Freestyle will be launched in the second quarter of 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The Freestyle gets the new Ford\u2019s grille design which is seen on the new Fiesta Active. The car is based on the Ford Figo platform. The Freestyle gets the all important body cladding and roof rails.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-778\" src=\"http:\/\/wheelyard.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/ford-freestyle1.jpg\" alt=\"Ford Freestyle cross-hatch\" width=\"741\" height=\"397\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wheelyard.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/ford-freestyle1.jpg 741w, https:\/\/wheelyard.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/ford-freestyle1-300x161.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 741px) 100vw, 741px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The new Freestyle will be powered by all new 1.2-litre Dragon petrol engine which will generate max power of 95bhp and a peak torque of 115Nm. The all new 3-cylinder engine will be mated with a five-speed manual transmission. The automatic option will be available with 1.5-litre petrol engine. The 1.5-litre diesel engine will be available which will generate max power of 98bhp and a peak torque of 215Nm. Diesel engine will also get a five-speed manual transmission and automatic option will not available with diesel engine.<\/p>\n<p>The dashboard gets all black color as taken from the Figo with few modifications like a light chocolate brown shade on top section.
