Today Hyundai launched the facelift of the i20 at the Auto Expo 2018. The new facelift has been launched at a starting price of Rs. 5.34 lakh for the base petrol variant and goes up to Rs. 7.90 lakh for the top end variant. For the diesel version prices starts from Rs. 6.73 lakh and goes upto Rs. 9.15 lakh for the top end. So finally a facelift for i20 is here at a cool price range.<\/p>\n
There are many cosmetic changes in the facelift of i20 including revised headlamps with new LED daytime running lamps, an integrated spoiler, a new bumper housing the new arrowhead foglamps and new black cascading grille. At the rear the facelift gets new sculpted hatch door, all-new rear bumper with large matte black insert, reflectors and a lot fresher with the new taillamp cluster.<\/p>\n

The New 2018 ELITE i20 is aesthetically designed with premium interiors and modern looks that make it truly appealing.”<\/p>\n The the Hyundai i20 facelift is powered by 1.2-litre Kappa Dual VTVT petrol engine 1.4-litre U2 CRDI diesel engine. The petrol engine generates max power of 82 bhp and mated with a 5-speed manual transmission. On the other hand diesel engine generates max power of 89 bhp and mated with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The car also gets a more powerful 1.4 dual VTVT petrol engine which generates max power of 99 bhp and the engine is mated with a 4-speed automatic torque converter.<\/p>\n The facelift of i20 also comes with stylish diamond cut alloy wheels. The new Flame Orange colour with the dual tone treatment gives it an aggressive appeal. There are few changes inside the cabin including a new infotainment cluster with a larger touchscreen panel.
