Honda has launched the 2026 Elevate facelift in India with a refreshed design and several new features. The updated SUV gets changes to its exterior and interior, along with new comfort and safety features. However, Honda has retained the same 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine.

The 2026 Honda Elevate price starts at Rs 11.80 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base SV manual variant and goes up to Rs 18.40 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top-end ZX Plus Black automatic variant.

ZX PlusRs 16.80 lakhRs 18.30 lakh

All prices are introductory and ex-showroom.

The biggest changes to the new Elevate are visible at the front. Honda has redesigned the grille and front bumper, while the SUV now gets connected LED DRLs. The LED projector headlamps continue to feature integrated DRLs, position lamps and turn indicators.

The updated front bumper also gets body-coloured elements around the LED fog lamps and silver inserts. A black panel below the connected DRLs houses the front camera and parking sensors for the new 360-degree camera system.

The side profile remains mostly unchanged. The lower variants get 16-inch steel wheels, while the VX variant and higher variants get 17-inch alloy wheels. The SUV also continues to get a blind-spot monitor, while cameras on the ORVMs are part of the new 360-degree camera setup.

At the rear, Honda has added connected LED taillamps with the Honda logo placed in the centre. The rear bumper, number plate housing and reverse parking sensors remain largely unchanged.

The 2026 Elevate is available in seven colours, including the new Nordic Forest Pearl. Buyers can also get a black roof with Nordic Forest Pearl, Platinum White Pearl and Radiant Red Metallic.

Honda has also made several changes inside the cabin. The dashboard layout remains familiar, but higher variants now get ambient lighting and a white and grey dual-tone cabin theme with leatherette upholstery.

The SUV continues to get a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It also gets connected car technology and a semi-digital driver’s display.

One of the biggest additions is ventilated seats. The 2026 Elevate gets ventilated front and rear seats, while the front seats also get power adjustment. The driver’s seat gets 8-way adjustment, while the co-driver’s seat gets 4-way adjustment.

Honda has also added an 8-speaker sound system with four speakers and four tweeters. Other features include automatic climate control, a single-pane sunroof and adjustable headrests for all seats.

The rear ventilated seats are claimed to be a segment-first feature. The SUV also gets active keyless entry and go.

The 2026 Honda Elevate gets Level-2 ADAS with features such as adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, automatic emergency braking and auto high beam assist.

Six airbags are offered as standard, along with electronic stability control, hill hold assist, rear parking sensors, an auto-dimming IRVM and an electronic parking brake with auto hold.

The new 360-degree camera is another important addition. The SUV also continues to get a blind-view monitor, while front parking sensors have been added to make parking easier.

Honda has not made any changes to the powertrain of the Elevate. It continues to use the same 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 121 PS of power and 145 Nm of torque.

The engine is available with a 6-speed manual gearbox and a CVT automatic transmission. The manual version has an ARAI-claimed fuel efficiency of 15.31 kmpl, while the CVT version delivers 16.61 kmpl.

So, the major changes for 2026 are focused on design, features, comfort and safety rather than the engine. The updated Honda Elevate now gets several features that were missing from the earlier model, including ventilated front and rear seats, powered front seats and a 360-degree camera. The refreshed design also gives it a more modern look.

With prices starting at Rs 11.80 lakh and going up to Rs 18.40 lakh (ex-showroom), the 2026 Honda Elevate is now better equipped to compete with newer SUVs in the segment. However, buyers will have to choose the higher variants for some of the new premium features.
