Honda has launched the all-new X-ADV 750 in India at ₹11.90 lakh (ex-showroom). This is not just another scooter. It is a rugged maxi-scooter with serious adventure credentials. Honda had filed the nameplate patent back in 2022, and now, two years later, the surprise launch has finally happened.

Bookings for the Honda X-ADV 750 are open at Honda BigWing dealerships, and deliveries will begin from June.

The design of the X-ADV is heavily inspired by adventure tourer motorcycles. It is equipped with rugged elements that allow it to handle different terrains with ease. Honda has given it tough knuckle guards to protect the hands, dual-sport tires for better grip, and spoke wheels that are better suited for rough roads. There is also a five-step adjustable windscreen to shield the rider from wind during long rides. The scooter features Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) for added safety on tricky surfaces. It also offers ride-by-wire throttle that enables four riding modes – Standard, Sport, Rain, and Gravel – each adjusting power delivery, traction control, and engine braking. On top of that, there is a User mode that riders can customize according to their own preferences.

The X-ADV is powered by a 745cc twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that makes 54 bhp at 6,250 rpm and 68 Nm of torque at 4,750 rpm. It comes with a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission — the same type used in the Honda Africa Twin.

The Honda X-ADV 750 is not just about power and ruggedness, it also brings plenty of modern features. It gets a five-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity and support for the Honda Smartphone Voice Control system, which adds to the convenience for connected riders. There is also a smart key for keyless operation. For storage, it offers a large 22-liter under-seat compartment, a 1.2-liter glovebox, and a USB charging port to keep your gadgets powered on the go. The scooter comes with a center stand and a comfortable step-up seat, making it practical for both solo and pillion rides.

With Yamaha’s Aerox 155 and BMW’s C 400GT already in the market, the premium scooter space in India is getting exciting. The launch of the X-ADV 750 adds more thrill to this growing segment.
