Today Hyundai Motor India finally reveal the name of AH2 hatchback and  ‘The SANTRO’ is coming back. The World Premiere of The All New SANTRO will be held on October 23, 2018 in New Delhi. The all new Santro has been build on a new platform. To develop the new Santro company has invested around $100 million in 3 years.

 

The all new Santro is powered by a 4-cylinder 1.1-litre Petrol engine with low vibrations, superior performance and high fuel efficiency. The engine generates max power of 68 bhp and a peak torque of 99 Nm. The new Santro also offers in-house developed Smart Auto AMT Technology and will have a factory fitted CNG option. The mileage with the CNG option on the car is 20.3 kmpl but you will get some less Power 59 bhp with the CNG.

Speaking at the unveiling of the All New Santro, Y K Koo, MD & CEO, HMIL said, “Today is a historic and proud moment for us, as India has unanimously chosen the name of their Favourite Family Car to be called The All New Santro. Since its first launch, Santro created history with its numerous segment-first innovations and became the Complete Family Car for millions of Indians.”

The front of The All New SANTRO is decorated with the Hyundai’s Signature Cascade Grille with chrome surround that projects Modern and Premium appeal of the car. The All New SANTRO gets new age technology features including 17.64 cm Touch Screen Audio Video System first in segment. The Multi-media system supports Android auto, Apple Carplay and Mirror Link along with supporting Voice Recognition Function & Rear Parking Camera display on screen. The All New SANTRO is also gets Hyundai’s Patent ‘Eco Coating Technology’ prevents unpleasant odour to develop in the AC Evaporator by degrading the micro-organisms.

The Pre-Booking for All New SANTRO will be 100% online starting from October 10, 2018 till October 22, 2018 with Rs 11,100 as booking amount for the first 50,000 customers as an introductory offer.
