The Bajaj Discover 110 has been launched with updated features in India. Now the Discover comes with the new safety features including combined braking system (CBS). The updated Discover has been launched at a price of Rs. 53,273 (ex-showroom, Pune). According to new safety norms combined braking system (CBS) is mandatory for all bike below 125 cc which offers more controlled braking on the motorcycle. Larger displacement bikes now must have Anti-Lock Brakes or ABS as a standard feature starting from April 1, 2019.
Along with the Discover 110, Company also rolling out the CBS and ABS-equipped versions of its other motorcycles in India. the 2019 Bajaj Discover 110 gets the only change is combined braking system (CBS). The updated bike still powered by the 115 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine which generates a max power of 8.6 bhp and a peak torque of 9.81 Nm. The bike comes with 130 mm drum brakes at either end and uses telescopic forks up front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. The Discover 110 also comes with an elongated seat for comfort during riding.
The Bajaj Discover 110 was launched last year with the new Discover 125. The motorcycle retains the Bajaj theme styling that the Discover family has had over the years and was the company’s attempt to re-establish the brand in the commuter segment. The bike also received daytime running lights last year. The Bajaj Discover 110 CBS competes against a host of rivals in this space including the Hero Splendor, Hero Passion, TVS Victor, Honda Living, and the likes.
