Honda has quietly increased the price of the City Hybrid sedan by ₹9,900 this month. The car is now priced at ₹20.85 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The City e:HEV is the only hybrid car Honda offers in India right now, and it is available in just one top-end ZX trim.

Honda City Hybrid: What Does It Offer?

The Honda City Hybrid stands out in the midsize sedan segment. It uses a 1.5-litre petrol engine along with an electric motor. Together, they produce 122 bhp and 253 Nm of torque. The car comes with an e-CVT automatic gearbox and offers great fuel efficiency of 27.1 kmpl (ARAI-certified).

The City e:HEV also features an EV mode. This allows the car to run on electric power alone for short distances, which helps reduce fuel use and emissions.

The hybrid version comes with Honda Sensing technology. This includes safety features like:
