Hyundai Motor India unveils India’s First and Most Unique ‘Brilliant Kids Motor Show 2018’

Hyundai Motor India Ltd. today launch a unique initiative “Brilliant Kids Motor Show 2018” at Ambience Mall, Gurugram from 14th November–04th December 2018. The Brilliant Kids Motor Show is the first initiative by any automobile manufacturer in India to encourage young minds to promote innovation and design. During this campaign, Hyundai received over 5000 entries, out of which 8 top designs were selected and converted into working models.

Hyundai converted top 8 outstanding design concepts into full-scale working models are based on the ideas of sustainability, positive impact on the environment and clean energy resources. The focus of all designs created by brilliant kids is on general issues of the environment including pollution, plastic, and garbage in the ocean.

Commenting on this unique initiative, Mr. S J Ha, Director – Sales and Marketing, HMIL said, “We are very proud to launch India’s first and most Unique Brilliant Kids Motor Show. Being India’s Most Loved & Trusted brand, Hyundai strongly believes in inspiring the next generation of Innovators, Pioneers, and Creators of India. We are overwhelmed by the level of innovation and curiosity shown by the children in designing their dream car. We are confident that these ‘Young Innovators’ will revolutionize the elements of design and technology in mobility that India needs at this age and time.”

He also added “Hyundai is at the forefront of developing the future ready technology based on the pillars of Shared, Connected and Zero Emission Mobility. By engaging with the creative minds from a young age, we are committed to realizing our vision of becoming Lifetime Partners in Automobile and Beyond. We are glad to invite these curious minds to our State of the Art Future Ready Plant in Chennai to give them an experience of Manufacturing Excellence”.

The campaign lasts for 6 months started in July 2018 and culminated in December 2018. The kids from the whole country participated in the campaign. Out of the 5000 entries, 50 entries were shortlisted by Hyundai based on their design, innovative concept, and practicality. Out of these 50 entries, 16 were shortlisted by external jury and 8 kids were chosen as winners after the mentoring session.
