Hyundai Motor India has just launched the all-new 3rd-gen Hyundai i20 in India. It starts at Rs 6.79 lakh (ex-showroom). I will add the prices of all variants later in this article.

The 2020 Hyundai i20 comes in 3 engine options- petrol, diesel, and turbo petrol. The 1.2-liter petrol engine produces 83 PS of power and offers 114 Nm of torque. The 1.5-liter diesel engine manages to produce 100 PS of power and offers 240 Nm of torque. The 1.0-liter turbo petrol engine generates 120 PS of power and offers 171 Nm of torque.

The new i20 looks quite sleeker and bolder than the predecessor. The company has used ‘Sensuous Sportiness’ design language. The car will come in six color options including – Polar White, Typhoon Silver, Titan Grey, Fiery Red, Starry Night, and Metallic Copper. There will also be two dual-tone finishes – Polar White with Black Roof and Fiery Red with Black Roof.

The top model Asta (O) gets a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Hyundai’s ‘BlueLink’ features. It also gets a 7 speaker Bose sound system, wireless phone charger, sunroof, and digital instrument cluster.

Hyundai has also taken care of safely and the car comes with 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, vehicle stability management, and hill start assist.

Hyundai is also offering a 5-year extended warranty, a 3-year free subscription of Bluelink, 3-year roadside assistance, and 50+ accessories with the all-new i20.
