Today Suzuki Motorcycles India has launched its much awaited 150 cc cruiser motorcycle the Intruder. The Intruder has been launched at price Rs. 98,340 (ex-showroom Delhi). The Suzuki Intruder 150 is inspired by Intruder M1800 which is 1800 cc cruiser. Intruder 150 developed on the same platform of highly popular Suzuki Gixxer. The Intruder 150 occupied a bulky look like its bigger sibling. Because of the high demand of affordable 150 cc cruisers Intruder could be a good option for sure.

The Intruder powered by a 150 cc single cylinder engine which is inherited from the Gixxer. The engine generates max power of 14 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 14 Nm of peak torque at 6,000 rpm. In comparison to Gixxer, the intake and the air box are bigger in size. Company claim the fuel efficiency of Intruder is 44 kmpl. The Intruder comes with 8 kg more weight than the Gixxer at 148 kg.

Suzuki says that currently, India is the biggest market for the company and the coming to the Intruder specifically; the 155 cc cruiser bike will be made in India and be exported to many markets across the world.

The Intruder is launched at price Rs. 98340 which is around 18000 more than its only rival the Bajaj Avenger Street 150.
