Ducati has launched all-new Monster 821 naked superbike in India. The price of the bike start from Rs. 9.51 lakhs ex-showroom India. The company has started the booking from all Ducati dealerships across the country. Deliveries will start from early June 2018.

Ducati has started importing the bike as a completely built unit (CBU) from Thailand.

2018 Ducati Monster 821 uses 821cc, L-Twin air cooled, four stroke engine that produces 109 Bhp of peak power at 9,250 rpm and 86 Nm of peak torque at 7,750 rpm. The engine gets support from 6 speed manual gearbox.

It comes with a new headlamp, new fuel tank, revised styling at the rear, an all-new exhaust. There is also a colour TFT display with gear and fuel level indicators. It uses 43 mm upside down front forks and a monoshock rear. It has 17 inch alloy wheels and uses Pirelli Diablo Rosso tyres on both wheels. It terms of safety, the bike gets a Bosch 9.1MP ABS system and Ducati Traction Control. It now now meets BS IV emission regulations.

This motor bike will compete with Triumph Street Triple 657, Kawasaki Z900 and Suzuki GSX-R 750.
