Tata Motors has officially revealed the 2025 Tata Altroz facelift. The premium hatchback gets a fresh design, more features, and new trim options. The launch will take place on May 22.

The Altroz was first launched in 2020. Over the years, it received small updates like a turbo-petrol engine, a CNG option, and a larger touchscreen. But this new facelift is its first major update.

The front of the 2025 Altroz now looks sharper. It gets new LED projector headlamps with built-in LED DRLs. The front grille has a new patterned design, and the bumper has been restyled to give it a sportier look.

From the side, the hatchback now comes with blacked-out alloy wheels and flush-fitting front door handles. At the back, the Altroz continues with its blacked-out tailgate, but now gets stylish ‘Infinity LED’ connected tail lights on the higher trims.

The cabin has also been updated. It gets a revised dashboard layout and new air-con controls. Top variants offer a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a large touchscreen infotainment system.

Tata has confirmed five trims: Smart, Pure, Creative, Accomplished S, and Accomplished+ S.

Here’s a quick look at what each trim offers:

  • Smart: Comes with 6 airbags, ESP, projector headlamps, LED tail lamps, and flush door handles.
  • Pure: Adds a 7-inch touchscreen, auto climate control, reverse camera, cruise control, LED headlamps, and the option for a sunroof.
  • Creative: Gets a 10.25-inch touchscreen, 360-degree cameras, keyless entry, ambient lighting, and rear AC vents. A sunroof option is available here too.
  • Accomplished S: Offers 16-inch alloy wheels, wireless charging, LED fog lamps, a sunroof, and connected LED tail lamps.
  • Accomplished+ S: Adds a 10.25-inch digital driver display, connected car tech, blind spot monitor, and an air purifier.

The 2025 Altroz will be available with petrol, diesel, and CNG engines. Tata has not confirmed if the powerful turbo-petrol engine from the Altroz Racer will be part of the launch lineup.

With this update, Tata aims to make the Altroz more competitive against rivals like the Hyundai i20 and Maruti Baleno.
