Renault has launched the facelifted Kiger in India with prices starting from Rs 6.29 lakh (ex-showroom). This is the first major update for the compact SUV since its launch in 2021. Along with refreshed looks, Renault has also introduced four new personas: Authentic, Evolution, Techno, and Emotion.

The facelift brings cosmetic tweaks to the exterior. The SUV now comes with a new 10-slat grille, an updated Renault logo, a redesigned bumper, satin chrome detailing, and new LED projector headlamps. The fog lamps have been repositioned just below the headlights. On the sides, it features new dual-tone alloy wheels, black ORVMs, and chrome door handles. The rear gets revised LED tail lamps and a tweaked bumper. Boot space (405 litres) and ground clearance (205 mm) remain the same.
Inside, the Kiger facelift features a white and black dual-tone cabin theme with new upholstery and fresh inserts on the dashboard and doors. The layout is largely unchanged but feels refreshed.
On the features side, it offers an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, auto climate control with rear AC vents, wireless charging, cruise control, and auto-LED headlights. For safety, Renault has made six airbags standard across all variants, along with ESC, TPMS, rear parking sensors, and a reverse camera.
The engine options remain unchanged. Customers can also opt for a factory-fitted CNG kit with the 1.0-litre naturally aspirated engine at an additional cost of Rs 79,500.

The updated Renault Kiger will continue to compete with the Hyundai Exter, Tata Punch, Nissan Magnite, Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon, and Skoda Kylaq in the sub-4m SUV segment.
