Jeep launched its Jeep Compass in India last year. Since the launch, Jeep managed to sell over 20000 units of Compass in the country. With this sales figure, Compass SUV has become the best selling model of Jeep in India.

Jeep has also achieved the milestone of 25,000 units production. From these units, around 5000 units have been exported to countries like Japan and Australia.

Jeep Compass is available in three variants: Sport, Longitude and Limited. These variants are available in both petrol and diesel options, but the 4X4 option is only available on the diesel variant of top model.

Jeep Compass starts at Rs. 15.16 Lakh (Ex-showroom New Delhi).

The company also announced the ‘Jeep 4×4 Month’ offer that will run from April 4 to April 30, 2018 in India. In this offer, it encourages new customers who have booked a 4×2 variant to upgrade for Limited 4×4 variant by paying just ₹ 50,000 more. It means, customers are getting up to Rs. 1.5 Lakh discount.

The diesel variants of Compass are powered by a 2 liter Fiat Multijet turbocharged diesel engine. This engine products peak power of 170 Bhp while peak torque is rated at 350 Nm. The petrol variants use a 1.4 liter turbocharged engine with 160 Bhp and 250 Nm outputs.
