Renault India has launched customer-centric, user friendly MY Renault App for their existing users. Renault is one of the fastest growing automobile company in India. My Renault App offers more then 60 features including online service appointments, easy access to dealerships & customer care service, history of vehicles, interactive user manual for vehicles, personalized reminders & notifications, digital vaults for document storage and convenient e-payment facility.

MY Renault App is available on both android and iOS platform. The concept and design has been developed in India for best serve the Indian customers’ requirements. The app facilitates extremely user-friendly services like engagement with customers through personalized communication. The feature industry-first is for e-commerce purpose. This feature will enable Renault customers to explore personalization options for their vehicles. It also avail exclusive offers specially designed for their cars.
To involve dealers in the process App is connected with the Renault Connect and Renault’s Dealer Management System (DMS). Once you open the App it will ask you for login and registration.
