NOTE-Though we would recommend you to buy the XT variant if possible as there is a lot of difference in useful features.
From the list of features, you can see that this variant comes feature-loaded. If your budget is ₹ 16.87 Lakh( ex-showroom), this is the perfect car for you in the Indian car market as of today at this budget. It has all the necessary features, a good engine, safety, and an amazing presence on the road.
The only downside is that it doesn’t have a sunroof. So if you can increase your budget by ₹ 80,000 to get the XT+ variant, it will be worth your money.
This variant is the best diesel car in the Indian car market at this price as of today. If you have the budget to buy the XT variant, you probably can increase your budget by ₹ 80,000 to buy the XT+. And if you can you should because it is 100% worth your money according to us. This is the Most Desirable Tata Harrier variant Of all the variants.
It has almost all the features offered in the top variant(especially the useful features). A rich man can buy the XZ OR XZ+ variant but a smart man would buy the XT+ variant.
Tata has given every feature in this variant except the panoramic sunroof. Now, If you want a panoramic sunroof, and can compromise on luxury features such as leather seats and Xenon projector headlamps. You should buy the XT+ variant. If luxury features are more important for you than a panoramic sunroof and you can extend your budget to ₹ 18.17 Lakh. You should buy the XZ variant.
Tata has given every feature in the variant. But, TATA has increased the price of XZ+ by ₹ 1.3 Lakh from the XZ variant, which is quite a lot for the features they are offering. This variant is just a money-making scheme. Now,

Tata offers automatic transmission in this variant for the first time. This variant does not offer a lot of features. If you do not prefer features as much as space, a good presence, a good engine, and safety then this variant is perfect for you. But, If you prefer features more than space, safety, and engine, you should look out for more options such as Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, etc.
This is a premium automatic variant. It has most of the features that TATA offers. It does not have a panoramic sunroof. You can buy this variant if a sunroof does not interest you much.
This is the most expensive variant. This variant includes a sunroof and a few other premium features. Now, If a car which has a lot of space and a good presence is what you need. you can go for this variant. But, if space is not a drawback for you, other cars like the Jeep Compass are a better choice at this price point. Both, Tata Harrier and Jeep compass have the same engine.
